Google: Shelly Porter

I actually Google myself from time to time and read the results as if I were a future employer screening me for a job. According to Google I'm a nationally recognized contemporary watercolor artist and a real estate agent for Century 21. My Twitter feed shows up on the Google results page, which is kinda cool (and good, since I tend to tweet about things related to the industry I want to work in).

The second page of Google results includes a link to my Facebook page, but I have my privacy settings adjusted so that basically only my profile picture is viewable along with some of my interests, taste in music/movies/books, etc.

On Google Images, my Twitter default picture shows up along with pictures that the watercolor artist has painted. No videos, no news, no shopping results...

All in all, pretty clean... no major surprises. I guess I'm thankful that I have no strange fellow namesake that could potentially destroy my reputation.
