The videos seemed to be divided into 2 categories. The first group showed "trippy" images and animations. Swirls, twists, flashing lights, radiant colors, shapes, and graphics all pulsating around and morphing. Some of them were similar to common optical illusions (watch the center dot on the screen for 60 seconds, then look away), while others appeared like an iTunes or music player visualizer. This group of videos, while I did find interesting, left little to no effect on me.
The second group of videos were all sound oriented. Trance-like music played loud and constantly. All of the videos first recommended that you wear headphones while listening, so I did. The music was all stereo, as different sounds and beats moved from one ear to the other. These videos were mostly black screens, so I closed my eyes while I listened. One of the videos that I got the most effect from lasted for 10 minutes with futuristic sounds buzzing around my head. It made me imagine dropping a penny into a funnel; the sound rotating around me, slowly getting faster, louder, and higher in pitch. This video made me feel as if time was not passing, and it was difficult to concentrate on the sounds because I felt very sleepy.
I-dosing may have a lot of controversy as to wether it works or not, but I think that, if the correct video is chosen, it can illicit a supernatural feeling from he viewer.
