So I was chatting with some epicurious folk tonight... and was trying to do a little demographic digging... apparently most users are older 40-50s ish and can be as spread out as far as Latin America, Canada, and South Africa. Users tend to like that Epi's websitebecause it's easy to search for recipes given that you can either type what recipe specifically that you want, or just simply put what main ingredient you have on hand. However, I'm finding myself a little overwhelmed with where to start; there's so much available... so many services on here. I just can't even decide what to do- for example I'm looking at how you can find other "chocolate lovers" or "some like it hot and spicy" people. It's seem like a fun idea to unite people based on their palate preferences.
Anyway I look forward to updating you all as I discover more about who the users are/why they like this site etc.
