Final thoughts on Reddit/Digg

I haven't encountered anything really noteworthy on either site in a good while. I think one of my Digg followers left me because I can't find any evidence (aside from the email) that he/she ever even started following me. Some of my comments on Reddit have gotten me some karma (which is essentially the same as street cred), but I haven't heard back from my giftee - I hope he enjoyed the action figure I sent him.

I did catch people in a few of my classes today surfing Reddit, which was pretty cool. I wouldve talked to them, but there's not really a lot to say ("hey! i go on reddit too" ".....coooool.") Both sites are kind of obsessed w/ Julian Assange and Wikileaks right now, but I did finally see a link on Digg that I couldn't readily find on Reddit - a video of Sal Alosi tripping Miami Dolphins cornerback Nolan Carroll. I'm definitely going to continue to use both of these websites despite the end of the practicum; I've become addicted. Anyway, here's something I found that I liked. Hope you enjoy:
